Returns
We give a 30-day return policy as a standard on gear. Exception is custom made gear. Returns are paid by the buyer. Contact us at [email protected] if you want to make a return.
Warranty
All handmade items come with a one-year warranty, valid for normal usage. Please be aware that extreme usage are not covered for reimbursement. If there's a defect, We'll initially try to repair the item. If that's not possible, you can opt for a refund or a comparable replacement. Waterproofness
The products are made to be as water resistant as possible however we do not guarantee that seam-seald items are 100% waterproof or airtight.
